R. Glenn Phillips

R. Glenn Phillips is a trial attorney who has been fighting for the rights of the injured for several years.  Mr. Phillips has a vast amount of experience in taking on enormous corporations and fighting for individuals, families, small groups and large classes of people who have been wrongfully injured as a result of negligent, reckless or even intentional conduct that led to these injuries.

Jeffrey Phillips

Jeffrey Phillips has been practicing law for nearly 20 years.  Mr. Phillips grew up in Kansas and has lived in San Diego for several years.  He started his legal journey when he enrolled in the Arizona State University School of Law, where he earned his degree in 1990.  Since then, Mr. Phillips has been working within the realm of trial law, and this comes after developing a wide-ranging professional background prior to law school that includes such disciplines as business, finance and real estate.  He spends the small amount of free time available snow skiing and mountain biking, particularly in the breathtaking mountains of Utah and Colorado.

Upon earning his law degree, Mr. Phillips began his trial work in the area of criminal and DUI law, where cases are plentiful, the trial calendar challenging and the experience earned invaluable in regards to the art of presenting a case and representing a client zealously and strategically.  Since then, Mr. Phillips has moved into the discipline of fighting relentlessly for anyone who has been a victim of a serious injury as a result of someone else’s negligence, recklessness or intentional conduct.  Specifically, Mr. Phillips has completed more than 40 jury trials, and every one of these cases involved Mr. Phillips fighting relentlessly for the injured individual and/or consumer.
